Dogs are as individual as people are, but they all require a well balanced diet for good health. The energy
requirements of a puppy are nearly twice that of an adult dog, and puppies do not have the stomach capacity to eat enough
food to meet their needs unless the food is formulated to do so. Therefore it is very important to feed a good
quality puppy food for the first year.
